Water Conservation Program Fixture Info From Dig LO

Dig Los Osos has a new posting today. It explains how the water conservation program attached to hooking up to the sewer will work. It particularly lays out how those who want to install their own water saving fixtures will be able to do this (those of us not skilled in these areas will hire licensed plumbers).
