Mark your calendars if you have any interest in this -  a full hearing on lateral ownership - you will fully own yours in 2021! Just like people in cities in this county!

4. "After December 31, 2021 each Owner will be responsible for all maintenance, improvements and repairs of the Lateral Sewer(s) that conveys Wastewater from its Building Sewer(s) to a Main Sewer."
