Nitrate Testing Question Answered by LOCSD's New GM
July 11, 2012 at the Utilities Advisory Committee, the LOCSD's new General Manager Susan Morrow filled in the blank spot on the UAC status report chart for nitrate testing. The County has awarded the contract to Cleath-Harris Geologists, Inc.. They have already purchased equipment and parts. Testing will start in July and August and last for three months. Look for an agenda report for the next LOCSD meeting on Thursday, July 19, 2012.
Cleath-Harris have done many reports for the LOCSD since 2000, when they were called Cleath & Associates. You can see a list of those documents (up until 2006) here:
