Today at his Office Hours, Bruce Gibson announced that it the USDA loan, which funds approximately half of the sewer project, was approved at half a percent lower than was promised. The money is IN THE BANK!
We have the money at 2.75%, not 3.25%! This is HUGE news as this brings the cost of the 40 year loan down by many thousands AND it is one less nagging point for the sewer haters to harp about. |
