No shovel tossing in sight, despite the many protests to this iteration of a sewer project. No it won't be a park, although that possibility exists at a future date. It will be "park-like," with trails to keep the newly planted natives from being crushed by human feet, and a wood fence to keep vehicles out. The restoration is mandated by the Coastal permit and is not a whim of the County, despite what some opine.
